Wild flowers

I am new to gardening and need help. I planted some wild flower seeds in April that grew but did not flower. I understand that they may not flower whilst becoming established, but can you tell me if I need to cut them down?

'Wildflower' covers a very wide spectrum! Can you give a bit more info on the type of wild flowers (maybe show the seed packet, she says hopefully) so we can give more targeted advice?
