A plant called Happy Philip

I am trying with great difficulty to get either a plant or seeds named Happy Philip. I believe its a Osteopurnum. can you help please.?

    Afraid I don't know where you could get seeds and I think osteospurmums are usually in the garden centres in the late spring.

    if you can't find it with a Google search for Osteospermum 'Happy Philip', it's probably the wrong name.

    I think google would have brought it up with your small spelling error of osteospermum
