It looks a bit like a dwarf Pomegranate. Possibly Punica Granatum 'Nana'.
Flowers appear to be double.

How hardy would it be in the UK?
They can be left outside on a sunny wall if in mild areas and in a micro-climate. They will not like frost so you could grow them with fleece protection in the colder weather or move into a greenhouse in winter.
