Talking of Vine Weevil has anyone tried these with any success? They seem a bit pricey.                                                                                                                                                                                                https://www.nematodesdirect.co.uk/vine-weevil-killer-nematodes/61-nematop-adult-vine-weevil-trap

Yes, they worked for me, several years running. I've a lot of potted plants, which are more at risk. I water in nematodes twice a year (April and October), as well as placing traps around my mist susceptible pots.
Sometimes I send out the OH with a torch to collect what he can find and squish, then leave out for the birds. Mwah -ha-ha
  • Nematodes are really really effective against vine weevils in this garden  <3

Love my nematodes against slugs wouldn't use anything else. Don't have an issue with vine weevil but would definitely try nematodes if I did. I wouldn't use insecticide at all but each to their own. I will be looking at that beetle info, thanks for the links!
