I took some rose cuttings 2 weeks ago I have been keeping them in a probigator some have started to bud a odd one have nearly grown a new leave I would like to know when do I take them out of the probagater .
The propagator is just to keep them moist while the roots grow. it sounds like this has happened now.
Keep them in a cold frame though and wait until they have a good rootball before transplanting them into bigger pots
Would leaving them in the greenhouse be ok
They should be fine there yes, It sounds like you've done the hardest bit, getting them to root.
They don't need heat or any special treatment, here the GW link, I have always done mine like this, except straight in a trench in the garden rather than pots.
