Wild carrots

Hi from France,

I was watching Monty transplant some wild carrot seedlings into modules three weeks ago (I think) but because my better half decided to ask me how ours were getting on I missed the next stage. I have tried, for the past hour, to find some sort of clue as to whether the seedlings are over-wintered in the cold frame or planted out before the first frost so guidance would be most welcome. Unfortunately I set two packets of seeds and I think everyone has germinated all in a matter of ten days so my friends are going to be lucky.
