Aeoniums when to bring inside

Hello,

I've not been on here for a while. I have 4 Aeoniums and they are doing really well. My Velour has grown huge this summer. I am never sure when I should bring them inside for the winter. I live in South Dorset so we are generally warm and dry, but the temperature has started to drop in the evenings now.

What is the minimum temperature they like? 

Also do you think I need to repot the Velour?
