Moving Hardy Fuchsia

Hi, I have a hardy fuchsia that I need to move but not sure when is the best time. It is quite big so need advice on wben and how please.

I would say around now, while soil is warm, you may need to prune it back a bit. I may be wrong, it may be wise to wait until the leaves start to fall off. Hopefully someone else will have advice
