Undug new potatoes

For various reasons I won't bore you with, I have left some (a lot) of my Anya potatoes undug. Are they OK in the ground for now (although I understand they are likely to be attacked by slugs etc) or are they likely to be inedible, having left them so long past their optimum harvest date?

If they are well below the surface and hence have not gone green, and have not been attacked by slugs, they will be fine. They could be bigger than usual.
Before the days of large cold stores farmers used to harvest potatoes and then re-bury them in soil clamps. I think they still do this sometimes now! They will keep for many weeks.
