Hardy Sunflower Helianthus 'Double Whammy'

Can anyone give me some info about this lovely plant?  Does it need much attention, Will it be hardy in Staffordshire and will it be ok in my garden or should I plant in ericaceous compost?  Many thanks, Mags

    Ordinary garden soil.
