Couple of plants to identify.

could anyone tell me what the name of these plants are please? The first is about five feet tall, and bees love it, virtually every bloom had a bee on it earlier, it was quite sight, but by the time I got the camera needless to say they had gone hehehe.
The second plants put in earlier this year, and its name completely escapes me.

the yellow one is a Helianthus. Might be 'Lemon Queen' from the colout
The shrub is one of the pink winter flowering Viburnums
