Shrub identification
Good afternoon. I'm here with yet another request to identify a mystery shrub that's hanging over a fence near me.
The shrub itself is probably about 8 feet tall with an interesting burgundy flower on & a lovely leaf (see pics below). Any help anyone can give will be, as always, gratefully received.

looks like a Rhus
Just done a quick Google & the pics of a Rhus Typhina fit the bill.
