Hi, Please help me identify the problem with my climbing rose. I live in India, tropical climate . Planted the climbing rose last January.pics attached

    SORRY, CAN'T SEE THE PICTURES BUT MOST OF US HERE LIVE IN NORTHERN EUROPE.

    ROSES AREN'T TROPICAL PLANTS. IT PROBABLY HAS MILDEW. THAT'S MY GUESS.

    Apophthegm -  a big word for a small thought.
