Spring bulb ID parade

imageI'm dismantling my neglected rockery to get rid of the perennial weeds, then I'm going to rebuild it in a different shape which will enable me to maintain it more easily.  Among the plants I want to re-use are spring-flowering bulbs.  I'm confident I can ID the daffs and crocuses, but there are also tulips, irises and Fritillaria meleagris, and I can't tell them apart.  No. 12 I think are the fritillaries, and no. 11 maybe muscarii.  I think all the rest are either tulip or iris.  Are there any distinguishing features I haven't noticed?  Also, when I re-plant them, is it better to peel off the dead outer layers, leave it as it is, or does it make no difference?

This is a tricky bunch to ID josua image.  Number 11 could be muscari yes...or maybe bluebells ???  Just a guess with no idea of the bulb size in the pic.

I wouldn't bother peeling bulbs before planting unless the outer layer was soft and decaying.  Not sure if that comes across right?  Hope you know what I mean.
