It looks like a variegated Weigela, if you mean the shrub in the middle. It is hardy and easy to grow. If newly planted then water it regularly in the first summer, unless you have a very wet summer. Once established prune each year in mid-summer after flowering, removing one or two of the older stems to the base and cutting back the flowered stems to strong shoots below the spent flowers.

Maybe wrong here , but possibly one of the 'newer' varigated Weigela hybrids ; possibly 'French Lace'
Its been planted at the front of the bed and could do with moving , any ideas what would be the best time to move it ?
