hollow tining a lawn

i want to apply an autumn lawnfeed this weekend then hollow tine the lawn the following weekend -- is that timing sensible or should i wait longer or indeed do it the other way round -- hollow tine first ?

any help greatly appreciated

    I would scarify first, then hollow tine and put sand across the lawn and brush it in to help drainage,  then feed
