Can someone tell me how to post a photo on here?

I can only say from a laptop/PC
You start with the camera icon above the typing box and follow through.
The most common problem is too large a picture, I reduce mine to 30% and they post. Unfortunately the site give no hint of this problem when you try, it just doesn't post.

Thank you for your help, I have now managed to put the photo on, had to go to my laptop as I was trying to do it from my phone and had no joy!!
