Transplanting raspberries and lilac bushes

Hello all. I bought a lot that has some nice raspberry bushes a lilac bush and a currant bush that id like to transplant. I have read that rasperries need to be transplanted in the spring but i am putting a foundation up in a month.. I have access to a backhoe so essentially I could dig them all up in some big scoop and drop them in a new hole at the back of the lot. Is it worth my time? Also how big are the roots on the currant bushes? Thanks for your time.
