You are not alone plant pauper.  I've lost about 4 or 5 too in the past!  All pink.  Only the white seem to survive for me here in my garden.  Although I did notice a deep pink one I planted about 3 years ago has reappeared and is producing flowers!!  Tossed the label out long ago so no longer know it's names either, which is annoying.

Isn't that just so pretty. It's quite a strong pink Angie.

My first victim was the white Honorine Jobert. I think it flowered once. My neighbour's gifts were pale pink and now also dead and gone.

Angie - is that a shorter one? I know Joyce posted photos of her strong pink one, and it's  a dwarf variety. She kindly gave me some pieces  image

I've only ever grown the whites as I don't like pastel colours  image

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

I planted two in the same border, treated them the same, one died, one thrived (or should that be"throve"?). Well, flourished if you like. What does that make me?!

Yes, it is a strong pink plant pauper, I like it.  Not such a fan of the pale pink ones, all the pinks I've planted have all been darker than the norm.  I have A. Andrea Atkinson, which I think is quite similar to HJ.

No defo not a dwarf one Fairygirl, it's around 70cm tall.  I can't even vaguely remember the name.  I've looked at way too many online to see if one rings a bell but to no avail.

At least you had one survive Joshua.
