Giant peach tree

Hi everyone. We have a huge peach tree in the middle of our garden (yes, really!). It's about 18 foot tall and not protected or supported. It fruits massively every couple of years. We have just harvested about 200 fruits from it.

We were wondering whether anyone else has a similar tree, and if so, how they go about pruning it (ours is quite congested in the middle).

Also, does anyone know whether there is a national collection of peach trees in the UK? I can't find anything about one online...

I think the nearest you'll get is the National Fruit Collection at Brogdale. image
