hydrangea

i have just received 2 hydrangea glam rock pot ready plants am I ok to plant these out now or is it to late in the year and should I put them in my greenhouse for next year?

    Really depends on where you are Michael what size they are and where you plan to put them

    I leave my mop heads in pots all year sheltering them in the winter. Where I live only the  paniculata and climbing ones survive ?

  • I have 3 already and forgot id ordered these 2 they look very healthy are about 1 foot high in plastic pots which are about 3 inch high.my 3 others survived winter here in Harrogate but we did have a very mild winter this year which is why I'm uncertain what to doimage

    I would keep them in their pots till the spring. Stay on the safe side

  • Hi Michael I live nr Derby and would play it safe, leave them in pots till Spring and put them

    under cover this winter. Some are ok others are not.
