Ayup all , recently I noticed a few tiny flies floating about my living room and bathroom , tiny ones smaller than an ant .A month ago I refreshed house plants with some m.p.c that had been opened for awhile , lots of them on shelf , lifted plant out of pot loads more in pot , my theory is eggs in compost (no idea what i'm talking about btw)yesterday cleaned pots out got rid of flies/bugs but today they're back should I repot or get rid or is there a spray I can use , about 6 plants affected . If it is eggs (probably wrong name)? they will just keep coming ! thx

They sound like Fungus Gnats.

Thx Alan , ye just googled it , the gnats can lay 200 eggs , common in house plants . think I will get rid . Thx again .
