Grapevine turning brown

i have a 1-2 year old grape vine that is producing small amounts of fruit and a good deal of foliage but has recently started turning brown. Is this Pierce's disease? If yes, how should I treat it?

    That's normal colour change for this time of year ... one of the wonderful features of  grapevines is the amazing autumn colouring ... some better than others.  image
