I noticed this in a NT garden but there was no name plates anywhere. I've tried google but it comes up with so many things. This isn't very tall.

I grow Phlox Clouds of Perfume which looks a dead-ringer
It looks like Viola Cornuta, possibly Belmont Blue.

Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.
