Plant ID please

image Do any of you know what sort of clematis this is? It's been flowering since early spring. I bought it about 5 years ago and lost the label.

image This has sprung up in the last few days. No idea what it is, a bird must have dropped seed. It's very pretty but hoping it's not invasive.

  • The second is a Mallow of some kind. It is not invasive.

    It might be an alpine clematis (Clematis alpina). Are you sure it was a bird who dropped the seed for the second flower? It looks like a a lavatera to me.

    The clematis is an alpina. Looks very similar to one I have - Constance  image

  • Your second plant there is Malva trimestris, an annual. It was probably grown by a previous gardener and allowed to self-seed. It's very lovely, worth saving the new generation of seed.
