Moving my queen Victoria lobelia

Hi all,

I have a huge snaking queen Victoria lobelia in a very large pot and I would like to move it into a bed in the garden. Is there a "right time " to move it or can I do it now?

I have moved mine several times from the ground, where the slugs were really enjoying them, into pots . Considering how much messing about they had they have moved with no problems. They are quite tough but do think about protecting them from slugs.

'You must have some bread with it me duck!'

  • Thank you Weedy? there's another job for the weekend then!

I have one already in the garden and one in a pot. They are both equally stripped by the slimy pests. They are the bane of my life ?

  • Thanks Logan. I shall dunk it in a bucket and transplant it as quickly as possible.
