Hanging baskets

I have four hanging baskets at the front of our fairly exposed South East facing house. ( planted with the usual petunia, geranium, lobelia etc) Three of them have looked very healthy and have flowered very well all season, the fourth suddenly got very small and 'hungry' looking.

All four baskets have been fed and watered at the same times. Someone mentioned weevils- I this a possibility? If so, how do I treat?

Not worth bothering now to treat baskets with vine weevil killer, they're mostly all annuals and are on the way out anyway, just check when you empty the old  soil into your compost bin, pick them out and put out for the birds.
