I have been nurturing this as a friend gave it to me - I even staked it!
I am not so sure about it being a weed or not now it has flowered. I have removed all the seed heads just in case.

One of the Willowherbs by the look of it.
They are pretty, but you'll have a garden full of them in no time - just as well you removed the seed heads before the fluffy seeds blow everywhere
Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.
