I'm new to this forum but I do know gardening. I live on a small estate of 72 units in total however; one housing association own all the property outside the building and the other two buildings share the communal garden but the inferior landlord.
The communal garden was full of rubble and dead plants. I decided to complain to the superior housing association which I'm a tenant. The association agreed for a gardener to visit for one hour every two weeks. I decided that I would contribute my time and help With the associations agreement. Well since April 017 until know I have spent a lot of money transforming the garden.
Jealously has set from the other association Block that I have not paid attention to as I thought it too much to take on although it's communal. A few tenants are now making demands from the gardener

I am a little confused Vee. Are you making a statement or asking a question? What is the 'building' you refer to? What are the 'two buildings' you refer to?
Maybe start a tenants gardening club?
Are you wanting suggestions on what to do or say to the other tenants? Or just wanted to share your tale?
