Plant ID please
Found this plant & flower in a hedge surrounding a garden, so probably a cultivated species. Plant habit : climbing. Leaves are opposite and slightly velvety. Flower diameter 2 cm, vaguely perfumed.
Thanks in advance!

Sorry PJ - no idea but it is lovely so I hope someone can identify it for you. Will you try and strike a cutting?
Hello PapiJo
May be wrong here , but looks like a Cobaea of some form ; can't help any more than that
I'll take a chance at Araujia sericífera rosea...

B*****y Hell DW !!!!
Where did that one come from ???
Although it is reportedly from South America, I have never seen one...
An excellent ID though , all the same !
I looked it up and the only info that comes up is in Spanish! Not helpful for finding seeds, plants or cultivation info.

Try here .
PS :- a member of the Apocynaceae family so probably contains irritant sap .
Well-done DW! ID confirmed by a member of another (French) forum. More info at https://www.rhs.org.uk/Plants/59389/i-Araujia-sericifera-i/Details
I'll try and get info from the garden owner esp. regarding hardiness.
