They aren't very happy in pots I'm afraid. Difficult to keep them properly hydrated. They like a shady spot - at least for the lower part of the plant, so if it's in a sunny site, you could move it somewhere shadier. It'll need moved into a much bigger pot if it's going to thrive at all. Ideally, you need to have it in the ground. If you can't do that, take off th edead and damged foliage, repot it with plenty of moisture retentive, well drained soil and compost. Ordinary compost alone isn't suitable for long term planting in a pot. Water really well (and keep well watered) and put a mulch on top to help prevent too much moisture loss.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
