Tree with blue-green foliage ID

Hi,

Any ideas on this one (tree at top). It's in a garden down the street. It has blue/grey/green foliage and what looks like pinkish new growth.

    I can't see the leaves very clearly, but the leaf colour looks like one of the eucalypts.

    If the leaves look fern-like, it could be Acacia Baileyana 'purpurea'.

    Sorry, it was evening and the tree is a bit far away. I've zoomed in a bit for you If that helps. I think you may be right with Acacia Baileyana 'purpurea'. Cheers Jay
