It is Cerinthe major purpurascens.
it'll produce lovely black seeds which you can collect and sow next spring, or, if you're lucky, it'll self seed.
mine self seeded last year, overwintered, flowered and seeded early and have already germinated for next year. Works very well unless we get a hard winter.
