Fireblight on Pear tree

I have an espalier trained pear tree. The leaves have mostly turned black and there is no fruit. Fireblight? and will it spread to nearby apple and pyracantha?image

This picture is in April when the leaves were simply shrivelling. Now they have turned black.

    Out of date Info Mike. Fireblight is no longer notifiable on mainland UK, only on the Isle of Man , Channel Islands, N. Ireland and Eire. 

    MAFF no longer exists. The relevant government agency is DEFRA.

    Whoops. I think perhaps that it is pear tree leaf mite. Any solutions to this?imageimageimage
