Could it be Succisa pratensis.
Succisa have 4 lobed flowers.
Scabiousus 5 lobed flowers.

I wish it was that beautiful blue though, rather than the pasty washed out pink. Can't win them all!
They're a bit washed out, but the bees like them now the Knautia macedonica have finished. Beware though, my small patch seems to be spreading fairly rapidly.
Thanks for that fidget. I think I'll let them flower for the time being (they're smothered in buds). Then when the bees have finished with them I'll just get rid of them rather than put them in the garden.
got too many things already that razzle all over the garden!
