Is this a Jasmine??
could someone tell me what this is? I think it might be a jasmine as I have a faint memory of it producing little white flowers, but not for a while now. It doesn't look very happy and grows in a very dry shady area under an overgrown hedge.
Also, is it possible to take cuttings So I could start another elsewhere in the garden?
