What's wrong with my hours and tomato?

The first two are bitter melons. I fertilised them last week and some of the leaf edges are turning black? Please help.

Can't comment on yr melons as I don't grow them.
If it's just a few leaves on your tomato plant that are affected, it's nothing to concern yourself with - you could cut off the affected bits of leaf.
Splitting happens because of irregular watering for whatever reason. After a dry period, the plant gets watered and the flesh inside the skin swells before the skin can expand to cope, and splits
