Help with identifying this shrub

in Plants
hi all
Above are 4 pictures of the mystery shrub. it has long thorns along its main stem, tends to grow tall and not very bushy and the green leaves are are smallish about, less than an inch wide and not very flat. it spreads itself very easily. Unfortunately I dont have any pictures of when it is in flower or what fruit/ berries it produces, this is all I have!
Any ideas appreciated.

It looks to me as if this is a grafted plum tree where the blackthorn stock has taken over.
Agree with Ladybird.
Prunus spinosa...blackthorn...slow.
Always has nasty thorns.

Fruit makes brilliant sloe gin though
Ooops...!
Typo....
Not slow...should have been Sloe!
