HI, I tried this thread once before and could not upload the photo,s.

This plant must be a perennial as it came up this year in the pot. There is no label for the plant and was wondering if anyone could name it for me.

    It looks to me like a Delphinium grandiflorum 


    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
