It's quite a tall plant about 7foot-ish, found it growing at the back of my garden. It also seems to have self seeded in a few places.
Leycesteria formosa (aka Himalayan honeysuckle). Yes, it self seeds all over the place, but it's easily recognised and pulled up, and it's a pretty thing and the bees love it.
