I want euphorbia in my garden but I want a bee and pollinator attracting variety. Which is best; amygdaloides or epithymoides?

I doubt it makes much difference from the pollinating side. I'd choose the plant best suited to your situation. Amygdaloides is a woodland wanderer, good in dry shade. Epithymoides is not a wanderer and in my experience, needs slightly better soil, and a bit of sun

E.characias Black Pearl, looks great in my garden.

Long lasting flowers and  glaucous leaves.
