Drooping Laurel

We have many laurel plants
but this one and others around the house have suddenly started to droop. You can see in the picture they are next to each other.
they all get the same amount of water from the sprinkler system.
there appear to be no bugs as we have sprayed
its just 1 or 2 out of about 15 that this is happening to
any advice is welcomed

I'd refrain from watering them all for now. Over-watering them while they're becoming established is as bad as under-watering
