Has anyone been faring better with t&m? Last year I had half dead plug plants from them and they only replaced after I ranted about it on here, this year I got suckered in again,. and ordered 36 free perennials.... they arrived mostly out of their modules, so they were all mixed up, I plated them within 2 hours of getting the,. and now I have 8 plants just living. I e mailed them 4th July and have heard.... nothing at all, I know I only paid postage, but honestly, I may as well chuck a fiver in the nest letter box I see, this company cares nothing for it's customers, I won't be using them again, don't bother with them!!!

I'm afraid I wouldn't touch them with a rubber cheque after all the tales I've heard on here.
I got the 48 pollinator offer, mainly as I wanted the 12 geum. I think only a couple croaked, but I got probably 45 plants, and all 12 geums, so pretty happy with that.
I've ordered from them plenty of times. Always arrived in good condition. I had one problem so phoned them up and it was sorted quickly.
I ordered allium bulbs a few years ago. Very slow to arrive but OK. I would never order plants from them though after reading all the tales of woe on here. I can't believe anyone would.
I see G W now has Hayloft ads on here now. Is that a new name for T&W, I wonder.
I recently ordered their offer of 90 garden-ready plants for a fiver per 30 plus postage. The cosmos were dreadful and some of the gazanias were slimy and I couldn't use them. Out of 30 cosmos I could only use 14
I took some pics and emailed them and got a swift reply saying they would replace as they pride themselves on quality and service...
The new plants came quicker than they'd estimated and the difference was amazing. The cosmos were way taller and the gazanias were not slimy at all. There were just three cosmos I couldn't use but that was due to the box not being tall enough for the plants and so they had been bent over and some just didn't like that.
The gazanias were all ok to use, but sadly the slugs love them so I am still waiting to see what the flowers might look like.....
i think it you send them pics of the rubbish plants they will respond as they don't want you to complain to others about them

Don't think Hayloft are anything to do with T&M Redwing but i have had so much trouble trying to get my order from back in May delivered . I have been told on many separate occasions that they would be delivered on such and such a date . The last call i had from them was last wednesday saying they would be delivered in the next day or two. , thats 5 days ago and i'm still waiting ! Losing hope and very fed up
just can't brekieve no reply after 3 weeks, that's just rude

Still no plants!
Yes , rang them again today and they have promised that they will arrive tomorrow ...... ordered in May. They are always very polite on the phone but they haven't delivered each time.
