My air plant looks Sad

Hi! I have a lil Tillandsia that I kept hanging in my bedroom for about six months. I completely forgot to water it. At all. It has not had any water for the last six months. The tips are brown but the rest of the plant looks healthy. Is it done for? Is there any way I can save it?

Put it in the bathroom and mist it once or twice a day.
