Suggestions to replace Lobelia
in Plants
Hi, I have had some Lobelia in pit's for a couple of months now but you can see that they are over. I thought I might be able to buy some late bedding plants but I can't find any anywhere. Has anyone any suggestions for what I can replace these lobelia with for the rest of the summer? Thanks for any suggestions ????

Cut them down to about three inches from the pot, feed with Tomorite or similar and keep well watered, you should get another flush of flowers.
Oh brilliant. thats fab thanks
Yes, it looks like they got a bit dried out maybe. Cut them back, water well and they should be fine. My local nurseries are full of diascias. They seem sold as annual bedding, but mine have last well for years, with a little trimming back. Lovely colours.
