Its a calla lily. The seed head needs cutting off to prevent it spending all its energy making seeds. If it doesn't flower again this year, let it die down and keep dry for winter, then feed and water next year.

Zantedeschia , or Calla Lily .
Do I cut off the actual flower head or the seed inside the flower head? Sorry, newbie.
Follow the flower head stem down and cut the stem at the bottom.
