Can anyone identify this plant? The spray of buds not the pink ones. We think it looks lovely and want to grow some to cut for our wedding table flowers.

Looks like my Frosted Explosion Grass, if it is, you can save the seeds if you still have some in the ground. Or buy seeds for it.
