Weird Weeds
Hi All,
I was wondering if someone could give me some advise please.
I have a weed growing in my garden that I've never seen before. It looks like a bunch of 4 leafed clovers but it has a really weird red vine that runs through it.
Any ideas what it is? Will regular weed killer get rid of it? It covers a fairly large area of my grass at the moment.
I' tried attaching a picture but it doesn't seem to work.

Have a google for oxalis - anything like that?
Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.
Similar. The leaves aren't as big as the pictures on google and I haven't noticed any flowering.
I've uploaded some pictures to OneDrive. Links to view them are here. These were taken after I pulled up all the red vine like stuff. What ever it is, its some sort of creeper I think as the red vine stuff pulled up in lengths and ran very close to the ground- One of the pics shows a very small amount of it

Looks like some sort of Cinquefoil posiibly

Difficult to say without a close-up but looks like creeping cinquefoil (Potentilla reptans.) Difficult to eradicate. You may need to resort to a weedkiller designed for use on lawns.

I agree with Bob
... Potentilla reptans.
It's some sort of Potentilla but it looks a bit large leafed and furry for reptans
