    It's a bit early to tell, but it looks a bit like a Phlomis, Jerusalum/Turkish sage.

    My phlomis has much paler hairier leaves than that ... but you may well be right Borderline image

    Yes, it's an interesting one Dovefromabove...I agree those leaves look a bit too dark and not hairy at all. Some plants can be hard to identify when not in flower yet.
