help identify this plant

Can anyone one help identify this plant, its in a neighbours garden, she thinks she bought it from a specialist nursery a few years ago. Its a large shrub, underside of leaves is grey, very oddly the pale pink "petals" roll up before falling

Looks like Acca sellowiana, the pineapple guava.
I think so to, the small fruit it bears are quite nice to eat.
